Delivery Information

Covid-19 Update

Please be assured that our office / warehouse team are trained to reduce risk of exposure to the virus and that we have rigorous health and safety measures in place following the guidelines put in place by the World Health Organisation, Public Health England and local public health authorities. We are rigorous about no contact delivery into our warehouse and antibac wiping of all deliveries. Use of disposable gloves and masks, hand sanitiser and frequent hand washing are part of our “new normal”. The health and safety of our team and our customers is paramount. is open for business as normal and we are committed to getting your orders out to you as quickly as possible. Our normal delivery information is listed below and here are some specific updates in view of the pandemic:

a) Normal courier / Royal Mail Delivery is operating for website orders.

b) Click and Collect option is available with no contact collection being from the lobby of our Devon showroom at a pre-arranged date and time. You can place your Click and Collect order as normal and we will contact you to agree the collection slot.

c) Free local no contact delivery is available within 10 miles of the Devon showroom for orders above £200 (please contact us on 01626 834705 to discuss).

d) Paint – we are able to still supply paint (Little Greene, Paint and Paper Library, Designers Guild, Farrow & Ball). Simply telephone us on 01626 834705 to place your order which will be shipped direct to your home via courier at no charge, except for Farrow & Ball where a £4.95 delivery charge applies.


Order Picking and Despatch

Orders are picked and despatched Monday to Friday.

UK Mainland Standard Delivery

Via a tracked delivery service as standard, we aim to have your order with you in approximately 3 -5 working days. Please check the product page for items you have ordered to see exceptions to the UK Standard delivery lead time.  Please note that multiple item deliveries may incur a further charge.

UK Mainland Fragile and Large Item Delivery

Via a courier service with tracking, we aim to deliver between 7-14 days, however, for these items it can take up to 35 days from order, items are delivered by our personal courier service where you will be notified of a date and time to suit you.  Some items may not be available on the Fragile and Large item service and dates are estimated only – please check the product page for more information. Please note palletised deliveries are curbside only.

Multiple Box Deliveries

Multiple box deliveries may sometimes be despatched separately, and we will email you to advise in this instance.

Click and Collect from our Devon Warehouse or Showroom

Once your order has been placed, we will confirm your order and send a subsequent confirmation email when your order is ready for collection. Please wait to be contacted with a collection date and time before travelling to our warehouse or showroom as not all products are held at the warehouse or showroom.

Pre-order items

Where we offer an item for pre-order, your will receive an order confirmation email and a subsequent confirmation for the estimated date or arrival with ourselves. The arrival of pre-ordered items can be subject to change and/or delays. Pre-order items will be despatched after they have arrived into stock and have been through quality control, using the service you have selected at the checkout. If your item requires our Fragile / Large Item delivery service this can take an additional 2-3 weeks to arrive with you. If your estimated delivery date has expired and you would like an update, please email the team: (please note that the team will not be able to give you an update unless the date estimated has passed).

Full delivery costs and information is outlined below. Please contact our customer services team if you are outside of Mainland UK and would like to enquire about costs and delivery lead times for International and Islands deliveries.

Multiple despatch dates

Where your order contains a number of items with different despatch dates, we will consolidate your order and despatch all goods once we have them ready for despatch.  However where there is a significant period of time that the goods are scheduled for despatch, we reserve the right to despatch items in multiple deliveries.  In each instance we will send you an email advising which goods have been despatched and provide an update on the remaining items awaiting despatch.

UK Standard Delivery (Mainland Only) - £2.00 - £60.00

Delivery between 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday (subject to any delays with the courier). Approximately 3-5 working day service. Despatched via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or personal courier services.  Delivery to Mainland UK only, excluding Islands and Scottish Highlands. Whilst we endeavour to keep our delivery charges to a minimum, orders containing multiple items may on occasion attract a higher delivery charge within the charge range above.

UK Fragile and Large Item Delivery (Mainland Only) - £35.00 - £60.00

Delivery between 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday (subject to any delays with the courier).

We aim to have all items delivered within 7-14 days, however, for these items it can take up to 35 days from order.  Once your order has been placed we will contact you with delivery date options via our personal courier service. Please contact one of our customer service team if you need your furniture or large and fragile item delivered by/on a specific date 01626 834705 or email including details of your order number.

Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of White and International Deliveries

Please note for non UK deliveries, you may have to pay additional duties and charges on receipt of the goods.

Delivery Times

All delivery dates and times are estimated and whilst we undertake to do our very best to get your items to you within the estimated time, sometimes events occur that are beyond our and the delivery couriers control and delivery may take more time. On these occasions we will endeavour to contact you with this information but please feel free to contact our customer services team via email on or telephone the team on 01626 834705 for confirmation or an update on your delivery date.

If You Are Not In

All deliveries are sent 'signed for'. If you are not in and do not leave a note of a safe place for the courier the delivery may be returned. If you are not in to receive a delivery, the courier may return it to their nearest depot, where you can collect it. If you do not collect, then your order will be disposed of around 21 days from the date of return receipt by the courier. If you wish for your order to be returned to ourselves and re-shipped, you will be charged for the return delivery and the new delivery cost.

If You Provide An Incorrect Delivery Address

Upon return of the item, it will either be credited less the original delivery charge or it can be re-despatched to the correct delivery address upon receipt of payment for any return delivery charges and the new delivery cost.

On Its Way To You

All our "On Its Way To You" statements are estimates of the time to prepare you order and despatch the goods. Where multiple items are ordered together, this may on occasion take a little longer to compile the order and despatch the goods. During sale and discount offer periods items may take marginally longer to be despatched - in particular large and fragile items. We will endeavour to keep you informed of progress of your order during these times.
