We hope that you are delighted and inspired with your order from Artisan Abode, however occasionally there may be a need to return something.
If you aren’t totally satisfied with your order, you can return it to us unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging along with our returns form within 14 days for a full refund excluding the original delivery fees we incurred to despatch the order. You are responsible for the postage / shipping cost of the return.

Important Returns Information
- You will need to cover any import duties that may arise when you are returning items from another country.
- We cannot be responsible for any interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for a refund for a returned item.
- All items returned will be refunded in Sterling (including overseas orders), within 10 days of receipt of the returned goods. In addition refunds can take up to 10 working days to clear to certain cards / bank accounts. Artisan Abode cannot be held responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates and interest rates and are not responsible for any subsequent loss. Please consider this before placing overseas orders.
- Artisan Abode is a design led interior homeware supplier and its products are only designed for domestic use and may not be suitable for industrial or commercial use.
- Our products are not certified for use in a commercial environment and no guarantee is given for their longevity if used in a commercial situation.
- If items are used in a commercial environment our returns policy is voided as the products have not been designed or tested for commercial longevity and their use in a commercial environment is at your own risk.
- Non faulty items purchased in a sale or discount offer are non returnable.
When sending your item(s) back to us.
We do not offer a free returns service but we do have a few options to help you with your return.
1. RETURN BY POST
If your item is small enough to take to the post office, please fill in and include your Returns Form and post back your item(s) to our return address:

2. LARGE AND FRAGILE ITEM RETURN
The following link provides details of a third-party delivery service with an online booking facility. Artisan Abode takes no responsibility for the use of this service and the service is used at your own risk. We do recommend that you insure the item when being returned as no refund will be provided for items returned when damaged in transit.
3. LARGE AND FRAGILE ITEM COLLECTION
For items listed in our Large/Fragile item delivery service that were delivered within the UK mainland, we can arrange a collection - our collection fee is £70.00 and can take up to 7-14 working days to arrange depending on your location. Please contact the Artisan Abode returns team via returns@artisanabode.co.uk or call 01626 834705 and we will arrange collection.
4. SHOWROOM, SECONDS & DISPLAY RETURNS POLICY
Please be aware that our Standard Returns Policy does not apply to any items sold from our Showrooms or during a seconds/sample/warehouse sale event or from a display at one of our Showrooms where goods are seen and/or purchased in-person.
We do not accept returns on any purchases made during these events and no refunds or exchanges/replacements/repairs or credit notes will be issued. Items purchased during a seconds/sample/warehouse sale or from a display in store, carry defects and are purchased with the knowledge of those defects.
If you purchase a sale item via the website and wish to make a return you can do so within 14 days of delivery. Please follow the 3-step process at the top of this page. You will have 7 days to notify us of your return from the date of delivery, and the return should reach us within 14 days of your delivery.
5. LIGHTING
Chandeliers, Ceiling and Wall Lights cannot be returned if they have been fitted.
6. INTERNATIONAL SALES
We are unable to accept the return of goods sold internationally.
7. BESPOKE MADE ITEMS
Bespoke items are made to order and are non returnable.
8. PAINT
All paint orders are mixed to order and are non returnable.
9. CLOTHING
Returned items must be in the condition in which they were received, unworn, in the original packaging, with all labels attached. We are unable to accept the return of any items that have been worn, washed or damaged while in your keeping, or lost or damaged in transit to us. You are responsible for the cost of the return, unless the item is damaged and we recommend the item is returned via a tracked service. Please note proof of despatch is not proof of receipt, if the service is not tracked.
